Overview Edit

Currently the CIO at Hike, a customer acquisition startup that combines data, and independent digital media channels, to help brands increase their revenue. I joined Hike as a C-level after 5+ years at Palantir (NY), where I was leading the deployment and development of data-platforms, with machine learning, for human-driven analysis and decision making for corporations like Airbus (France, aviation), FirstData (US, finance) and Grupo Globo (Brazil, media). As a deployment strategist at Palantir Technologies I managed projects and teams to build products and workflows using live and historical data to 1) solve the organization’s most complex problems and 2) find new revenue and business opportunities.

Before my time at Palantir (NY) I was the founder of boo-box (2007, São Paulo, BR), a social media ad-network with a team of up to 75 people in Brazil and Argentina, considered one of the most innovative companies in the world and in Brazil by FastCompany and Forbes, sold in October 2015 to FTPI Digital.

As the founder of boo-box I was responsible for product development and managed a team of up to 75 people in Brazil and Argentina building an ad network with more than 700,000 websites, reaching 67 million people in Brazil every month with ads from clients like Google, Unilever, Ford and Microsoft. We had multiple international awards and venture capital from Monashees and Intel Capital.

Before my first startup I worked as a software developer and web developer in digital marketing projects for major brands such as Coca-Cola, Caixa, Presidency of the Republic, Brasil Telecom, Embratur, among others.

Since mid-2020 I serve voluntarily as the President of the Board of International Transparency – Brazil, the local chapter of a German N.G.O. applying anti-corruption strategies to improve social justice worldwide. I was also a speaker on the topics of creative economy and free speech at the United Nations HQ in NYC.
